Beta-Alanine is an essential amino acid that we have to supplement that converts protein into lean muscle mass. Beta is also important in the production of Carnosine. The amount of carnosine in our body is solely dependent on the amount of beta-alanine present in the body. Why is carnosine important though? After ATP is metabolized during exercise, your muscles start to fatigue and burn. Carnosine helps slow that process allowing you to continue to workout.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 8-10 oz. of water once daily, 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than 1 servings in a 24-hour period.
Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
